Refund Policy
Scope
This policy applies to consumers purchasing Pentaviron from Grozelonwlozarin in the United Kingdom. It summarises statutory rights and our commercial process; it does not replace mandatory consumer law.
Cooling-off and sealed goods
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, you may cancel distance contracts within fourteen days unless an exception applies. Food supplements that are sealed for health protection may not be returnable once unsealed, if that condition was communicated before purchase.
How to request a refund
Email contactus@grozelonwlozarin.world with your order reference, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We respond within five UK business days with instructions. Refunds, when due, are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving returned goods or evidence we agree to.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us promptly with photographs where relevant so we can arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
